Course approval

We are proud to announce that such recognition has been approved from Norwegian boards and authorities:

• The Norwegian Board of Health
  The course has been approved (11.5.2000) as qualifying for doctors searching governmental approval for medical examination of professional divers

• The Norwegian Medical Association
  The 2009 course has been applied for approval:

  • General practice (CME, (30 poeng som emnekurs i dykkemedisin til videreutdanningen og 30 poeng som valgfritt kurs til etterutdanningen))

  We have previously been granted approval from these diciplines as well (not applied for the 2009 course)

  • Occupational medicine (optional course speciality training, 15 contact hours)

  • ENT (optional course speciality training, 20 contact hours)

  Application to the Norwegian Medical Association for any given course will be initiated depending on the applicant's need (NMA requires individual application for each course)
