Below are some videos sampled from our 2003 course. The Manta and Turtle vidos have been taken using a rather simple digital camera in the compressed JPEG format. We acknowledge Mats Jensen Urstad for the use of these. They should give you some idea of what you can expect in the underwater world of the Maldives. Additionally we have edited a short movie taken during the dive-accident exercise to give you an impression of the practical exercises you will participate in.
The movies are stored in 320x240 "Windows Media Format". You will probably (?) need Windows Media Player to see them. Please excuse the erratic sound on the underwater movies, this is due to the webmaster's compression of the movie rather than the original movie itself! (The "dive exercise" movie has working sound.)
